Ginger Cake

A classic ginger cake with stem ginger pieces throughout. Filled and finished with cream cheese icing. Available in different sizes: box of 6 cupcakes, medium or large.

Medium is a two layer 6” cake - around 8 servings.

Large is a four layer 6” cake - around 16 servings.

The medium and large cakes can be finished fully iced or semi naked.

  • Ingredients

    Flour, dark brown sugar, golden syrup, treacle(cane molasses [sulphites]), butter, milk, egg, stem ginger, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, bicarbonate of soda.

    Cream cheese icing - cream cheese (cow’s milk), icing sugar.

    Allergens: wheat (gluten), egg, dairy
