Cuillin Bakehouse is based in Winchburgh, West Lothian and specialises in sourdough baking. As well as traditional sourdough loaves, we also produce other types of breads and sweet goods made using sourdough. The addition of sourdough brings a unique flavour profile that adds a new dimension to classic recipes. I look forward to providing delicious breads and more to the local area.
